Hi all

We will be having our annual members camping weekend in Glendalough House on the 30th April/1stMay
Last year we held an event here and all that were there would agree it was a fantastic family weekend.

We will be meeting outside the entrance of Glendalough House at 2:30pm sharp on Saturday, 30th of April,
or, if you can't make Saturday or like the comfort of your bed, you can join us on Sunday at the gate at 11:00am.

On Saturday evening, we plan to hold a family club BBQ  - carnivores catered for, you are welcome to add your own
favourite food (enough to share with the classroom!)
we will explain the rest of the itinerary on your arrival

There will be toilet facilities and running water available.

€30 per vehicle & driver for sat/sun & camping (BBQ included)

€10 for every additional adult for sat/sun camping(BBQ included)

€5 per child for sat/sun camping (including BBQ)

Sunday only €25 per vehicle.

Suggested kit-list:
-camping gear
-toilet paper (leaves available locally)
-warm clothes
-wet gear
-torches
-breakfast & lunch supplies
-refreshments

All vehicles must be road legal with valid road tax, NCT/DOE and insurance, and have front and rear recovery points, carry a fire extinguisher & basic first aid kit.
Please have recovery strops (NO CHAINS) and basic recovery gear. Bring appropriate clothing/footwear allowing for changes in the weather & a packed lunch.
Hi-viz jackets are mandatory for ALL participants including children.

Please take time to read the club off road rules and the constitution before attending this event.

please post your name below with numbers of your party as we need to know numbers for BBQ
If you are going to arrive late please post expected time and we will make arrangments for you as this venue has locked gates
If on the day you are running late please contact me (simon)on 083 4198328

Thanks Simon
