Ah, I should have mentioned - I'm based in Knockanode, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow. I'd love to pop in for the car show to introduce myself, but we've already madde plans to travel for the Tall Ship Races to Belfast.

Hello Everyone,
New member, Canadian living in Dublin. Just picked up my first Defender. '96 110 Hi Capacity Pick Up.. Always wanted one, but the good ones in Canada are hard to find and expensive... Looking forward to meeting everyone.
Also, I sent my payment to become a full member but I am still limited on the forum. Could an Admin look into it for me?
Thanks!
Colin

Hi Colin. Welcome to the Club. Our Web Master is on holidays at the moment, due back this weekend I think, so that's probably what the delay is. Will see if one of the other committee members can sort it for you. Again, welcome along. Colm.

Not off-roading your land rover is like not having sex with your girlfriend so she will be more desirable for her next boyfriend!

Hi all. New here - joined up with forum menbership for now. Hopping to get involved in the coming months. Have two Series Land Rovers I am restoring and the plan is to get out and about in them when I can. Some parts required; engine, radiators, dash, steering wheel etc. so hopefully some good advice/help might be available on here! Thanks! CiarĂ¡n.

Hi everyone,

Just joined the forum in the last couple of days. I've a '76 Series 3 - it's currently in hospital for the obligatory post-purchase welding visit. I'll put up a few pics when it's back on the road Smiley
